Minor variations may occur because of lighting, photography, fabric characteristics, and individual screen settings. Products are subject to availability, and we may correct an error or cancel an order if a product, price, or description was published incorrectly.
Orders and payment
An order is accepted once payment has been confirmed by Neomi Wear. You are responsible for providing accurate contact, delivery, and size information. Prices are shown in QAR and any applicable delivery charges will be communicated during the ordering process.
Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance and may be affected by the destination, courier operations, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control. The customer is responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the order and for providing a complete delivery address.
Care and use
Please follow the care instructions provided for your abaya. Neomi Wear is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect washing, ironing, storage, alterations, or other care that does not follow the recommended instructions.
Refunds and damaged items
Our refund rules are explained in our Refund Policy. If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours with your order number and photographs so we can investigate and arrange the appropriate resolution.
Intellectual property
All Neomi Wear names, photographs, designs, text, and other website content belong to Neomi Wear or its licensors. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.
